Welcome to planDisney, and hello from one fellow Floridian to another! I am already excited for you because
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is hands-down one of my absolute favorite places in all of Walt Disney World Resort. The second I walk into the Great Ceremonial House and hear the island music, my stress level drops immediately. It just feels like vacation in the best possible way.
And listen… if this trip includes a DOLE Whip or a
Lapu Lapu from Tambu Lounge served inside that iconic pineapple, you are already doing Disney right.
Kathy, usually Disney sends the confirmation pretty fast, so first thing I’d do is search your inbox for “Disney Destinations” or “Polynesian.” And definitely peek in spam or promotions too, because for some reason those emails love hiding there.
You can also open the
My Disney Experience app and check under
“My Plans.” If your reservation linked correctly, it should pop up there even if the email never did.
And if you still can’t find anything, don’t panic. I’d just give
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a quick call. Cast Members are usually super helpful with tracking reservations down and resending confirmations. You can even try the chat feature on the website. I've had great luck getting something resolved quickly or a question answered immediately chatting with a live agent!
Now excuse me while I daydream about sitting in a hammock at the Poly with a Lapu Lapu in hand, watching the sunset over Seven Seas Lagoon. And be sure to schedule in a fireworks viewing from the beach. It doesn’t get any more magical than that!
