    Hello Just booked trip for october excited and nervous, I have twins with autism that don't wait in line very good. any suggestions?

    Hi Tracy,

    I am pleased to say that Disney is always very accommodating and understanding when it comes to those with special needs and the friendly cast members at guest relations will be happy to help ensure you and your little ones have a purely magical visit to Walt Disney World.

    You should consider requesting a Guest Assistance Card (GAC) which will be perfectly tailored to suit the needs of your children.  To obtain the GAC, simply visit guest relations at the front of any of the theme parks to discuss your twins' specific level of need and challenges you think you may face in the parks.
