Hey there, hi there, ho there, Autumn, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
First off, congratulations on booking your November visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! The holidays are my favorite time of year at the Disneyland Resort… from the festive décor to the delicious treats, you can’t help but get that holiday feeling as soon as you step foot on Main Street, U.S.A.
While Walt Disney World Resort has
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Disneyland Resort doesn’t have a specially-ticketed event for the holiday season. In fact, I checked the
Special Event Tickets page, and currently, the only separately-ticketed event scheduled is Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party, which runs through October 31, 2019. So, you won’t need to worry about purchasing any separate tickets in order to experience the magic of the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort!
There’s plenty of holiday cheer to be found at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park! My family’s favorite part of the holidays at the Disneyland Resort is watching the
Christmas Fantasy Parade with a cup of hot cocoa in hand. This is the perfect way to celebrate the season, thanks to the cheerful holiday tunes, adorable Characters, and of course, Santa Claus! Also inside Disneyland Park, you’ll fall in love with the
“it’s a small world” Holiday Lighting, along with the enchanting
winter transformation of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
My family always tries to plan a holiday picture with Santa Claus inside Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in Disney California Adventure Park, too. It’s such a beautiful setting for holiday magic! Guests can also
meet Santa Claus inside Disneyland Park, near Critter Country. I recommend downloading the Disneyland app to help your family easily spot Santa, wherever he may be!
Also inside Disney California Adventure Park, you won’t want to miss
Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party – it’s a lively and vibrant celebration for the whole family! This Party even features special guests, including The Three Caballeros, and even Mickey and Minnie Mouse!
Lastly, for the perfect end to your magical day, find a spot to watch the
“Believe… In Holiday Magic” Fireworks Spectacular. The festive fireworks (and even a sprinkling of snow!) brings the joy and wonder of the season to life!
Wishing you a magical and memorable holiday at the Merriest Place on Earth!
