    We booked our trip this morning..going to be staying at the Saragoto springs resort!.(Nov1-9th).so much excitment..and maybe one question..when will the reservation part be fixed,? want to make a payment..thanks

    Hi Chrystal!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    There has been a few hiccups recently with the main website with the switch to the new My Disney Experience.  We don't know when everything will be up and running perfectly.  I suggest calling Disney directly and making a payment over the phone.
