We just booked our trip for May29-June4. I was wondering if there is a place that tells height requirments for rides without looking at each ride, it's becoming a long process looking at each ride.

    Hi Dawn,

You are correct - it is a long process to check the attractions one-by-one.  Fortunately, there is indeed a place to find all the height requirements on-line in one location.  The link is under In-Depth Planning Topics at the bottom of the Disney World home page.  From there, click on the link for Traveling with Little Ones at WDW.  I've included the direct link here for your convenience. On the top right side of that page, you will see the heading Planning Resources. Under that is a PDF file that lists the Attractions Height Requirements at all four theme parks.

If you are traveling with little ones, make sure you measure your kids before you go (feet flat - no heels and keep in mind that they measure to the top of a child's head - not the top of their hair so big hairstyles won't help for extra height).  That way you'll know before you go whether or not your little ones meet the height requirements and avoid any possible melt downs in the park.

Also, keep in mind that just because a child meets a height requirement doesn't mean that they should go on an attraction.  Some attractions are really dark (i.e., Stitch's Great Escape) and may frighten young children.  You know your child better than anyone so use your own discretion.

Wishing you many magical memories and short-cuts to info :-)
