Bonjour!
Welcome to planDisney, Michaele! Thank you for visiting us today to ask your question. I love helping Guests from all over the world plan their vacations to Disney Destinations, but it is extra special when they are fellow UK residents! We are so lucky to have
Disneyland Paris just a short plane, train, or drive away - and your experience in May is going to be like no other!
Yes, you will be visiting after the opening of Disney Adventure World, part of the continued transformation of Walt Disney Studios Park! If you have a 2-park ticket, you will have no problem visiting both
Disneyland Park and
Disney Adventure World! At the time of writing, there is no need to make any additional bookings; however, this could be subject to change, as when popular new experiences have opened around the world at Disney Parks, they sometimes use a virtual queue system to help control capacity, but these don't come at a cost. The best thing to do, as your trip gets nearer, is to check out the
Disney Parks Blog, as they will have all the up-to-date information on the brand new experiences!
Michaele, did you know there is so much more than just
World of Frozen that is new to experience during your visit? You'll be able to enjoy Raiponce Tangled Spin, a new family attraction where you can spin into the magic of Tangled. Also, The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge, which is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with your favourite Disney Princesses! But what I am looking forward to the most has to be Disney Cascade of Lights, which is a brand new nighttime spectacular that will light up Adventure Bay with fireworks, water screen projections, drone displays and visual effects which have never been seen before at the Paris resort!
I hope this helps to answer your question today, Michaele, and that you have the best time enjoying all these brand new experiences at Disneyland Paris! If you have any more vacation planning questions, please
reach out to me. I'd love to help!
Adventure is out there!
Matt
