    I booked our trip last year and unfortunately i haven't had any personalised planning emails or a letter from Mikey. Ive checked marketing preferences and they are all permitted, although my address needed updating. Is it too late to receive these

    As one of the current UK panelists, it will be my absolute pleasure to answer your question.

    Oh my goodness, I just noticed that it's only a few short weeks until you will be arriving at Walt Disney World - let's ensure that you're planning for a practically perfect visit!

    When I have booked directly with the Walt Disney Travel Company, here in the UK, in the past, I have received a number of emails from them, counting down the days until our trip and providing some basic planning information. 

    I'm not quite sure why you have not been receiving these emails, Claire, but, let me tell you that the best planning resources out there are the Walt Disney World website and My Disney Experience App. They are both jam-packed full of information to help you get the most out of your stay.

    There are Planning Guides available on the Walt Disney Travel Company website for Holidays with Kids & Toddlers and Teenage Friendly Holidays if either of these apply to your travel party.

    You are also able to create your very own, personalised welcome letter from Mickey Mouse on their website which you can download, print off and use as a reveal or surprise for your family or friends.

    Other great planning tools worth a mention are the Disney Parks Blog and our very own planDisney Video Library.
