Hi David,
Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to see you stopping by with a question!
If you are checking online in
My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, scroll down, and then click on the My Tickets & Memory Maker link on the left-hand side of the screen. If you are using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, open the app and click on the three bars in the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Then click on Tickets and Passes. If you do not see your tickets, you may need to link them. To link them, go to My Disney Experience online, click on My Plans, and then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. In the mobile app, click on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, then click on Tickets and Passes, and then click the plus sign on the top of the screen to link the tickets.
If you still have trouble linking those tickets,
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone. When I have needed help, they have been able to assist. Once you get those tickets linked, be sure to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for the dates of your visit. If you have not visited in a while, be sure to familiarize yourself with the My Disney Experience Mobile App features including
Disney MagicMobile Service,
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, and
Mobile Walk-up Dine Availability.
On our most recent visit, we used our MagicBands to scan in for theme park entry. I have also used Disney MagicMobile Service. For me, a MagicBand is a little easier to use because I do not have to search for it since we wear them on our wrists! One last tip - If you have not considered Memory Maker, I suggest that you review the details. We love having access to all of our digital PhotoPass photos for one price.
David, keep up the fantastic planning! And stop by again if you have additional questions.
Magic and memories,
Donyell
