WE have booked our trip for Feb 17-24,2011. We are traveling with our dd who will be 4 and son will be 2.5. I was wondering what character dining experinces are the best for ourkids ages? Right now they are only into mickey and freinds, no princesses

    Hi Cheryl,

There are so many fun character dining experiences, it's hard to pick just one.  For just Mickey and his pals, I would choose Chef Mickey's.  It's wildly popular, so if you can't get in there, try Tusker House at Animal Kingdom.

One of my favorite character dining experiences is Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and friends.  The food is great, and it's right inside the Magic Kingdom.  When you're done dining, you can head right off to play in the park.

If your little ones are fans of Playhouse Disney, specifically Little Einsteins and Handy Manny, try breakfast at Hollywood & Vine in Hollywood Studios.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
