    We booked our 4th trip to Disney using the Diseny website, we have it just about paid off. Our trip is November 2012. If a deal comes up after the trip is paid off do you know what happens, do they refund money to you or give you a credit?

    Congratulations on your Fall 2012 Walt Disney World vacation! You're off to a great start having booked in advance and paying off your trip along the way while you anticipate all the fun you're going to have!

    If a new offer comes out more than 45 days prior to the start of your vacation, call (407) 939-7675 and advise that you have an existing reservation would like to be able to take advantage of the "such & such" offer. The Cast Member will advise you of availability under the offer and can even help you compare to determine what's best for you! The offer may vary by resort level in terms of which properties have availability, what % discount is available or what 'free' add-ons such as dining are being offered.

    For example, I was once booked at Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter Resort when a 'Buy 4 nights Get 3 nights Free' offer came out. I called in, but that particular offer was sold out at POFQ. We couldn't receive a discount off our existing package price at a moderate resort, HOWEVER we ended up being able to upgrade to a Deluxe Resort under the new offer and our total package price remained almost exactly the same! We were thrilled!

    If you're able to take advantage of an alternate offer which results in savings compared to your original vacation package pricing, a credit will be applied back to your card used in booking or credit balance placed on your reservation account.
