We have booked a2nd trip to Disney and will be staying in Saratoga Springs. Can we request where we stay in the resort? It's quite a big resort and dont want to be too far from hospitality, pools, buses etc. Does it cost more if we do make a request

Hi Tracey and thanks for your question!

Last time my family visited Saratoga Springs Resort, our room was located in the Springs section and we were amazed at the convenience. The Springs section is the closest to the main Carriage House building where you will find the Artist Palette shop and counter service dining area as well as The Turf Club restaurant.  This building is also located extremely close to the Downtown Disney boat transportation, the main swimming pool, and the arcade.

As if that isn't convenience enough, The Springs has its own bus stop and it is the final Saratoga Springs pickup before heading to the parks.

You can certainly request to be placed in a specific building or section at no charge.  While requests cannot be guaranteed, I can assure you that the Cast Members will do their very best to try to accommodate you!  Feel free to call (407)WDISNEY to ask a vacation planning expert to add this request to your current reservation and be sure to mention your concerns when you arrive at check-in!

Thanks again for your question and please let us know if we can be of further assistance!  Us Moms just love sprinkling Pixie Dust on Disney vacations!
