After you have booked a trip to Disney can you add other people to your reservation?

    Hello, Lauren!

Not a problem! Cast Members at Walt Disney World go out of their way to help ensure that Guests are happy, and this includes making changes to your resort reservations, too.

If you've booked your stay directly through Walt Disney World, then call (407) 939-1936 to speak with a Cast Member about making changes to your Disney Resort Hotel Reservation. We've added or deleted Guests from our reservation as well as needing to change the date of our arrival, too, and have never had a problem doing so.

If you need a different type of reservation due to adding Guests to your stay, you can also call the above number to book a new reservation while cancelling the original one. As long as you make your cancellation at least 6 days prior to arrival, any deposit you've made on that reservation will be fully refunded, enabling you to book a new reservation that same day.

Such flexibility is one reason I prefer to book my stays at WDW directly through Disney. It's a win-win!

Send more questions as you think of them, Lauren; we love to help!
