I booked a trip for December of 2021, there is a FP planning key card listed but not my actual park tickets. I'm about to reach out to Disney soon but was looking for any insight. First time I've booked multiple stays in one year.

Hi there Marilyn, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sending your question to us, and I'd be happy to assist you today.

You've chosen the perfect year to maximize your Disney fun. In October of this year, Walt Disney World will begin celebrating its 50th anniversary, and there is so much magic on the way! I don't know if I'm more excited about the debut of Harmonious and opening Remy's Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT or the first immersive adventure on the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.

A FastPass+ Planning Key Card was used in the past to help Guests with certain types of theme park admission make their FastPass+ reservations in advance. Because FastPass+ is not currently part of our world, this is one step in the planning process you won't have to worry about. To view your theme park tickets in My Disney Experience, you'll need an alpha-numeric code from a ticket confirmation e-mail. It's usually 12 digits long and located near the top of an e-mail or alongside a bar code in an e-mail attachment. If you purchased your tickets from a third-party vendor, you may need to get in touch with them to get the Disney-specific ticket number. As soon as your tickets are linked in My Disney Experience, don't forget to make your Disney Park Pass reservations. The theme parks are majestic in December, and you'll want to visit all four to see how merry and bright they are during the holiday season. It's my favorite time of year to explore the parks and resorts.

I hope this is helpful, Marilyn. If there is anything else we can do to help with any of your upcoming adventures, please come see us again.

Have a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
