I am booked to travel on a resort and park package holiday booked through Disney in jan 2022. With the changing cover situation if we have to rebook our holiday, how do we go about it and what additional fees or expenses will we incur by changing the dates

Hey howdy hey Neel and welcome to planDisney! What a great way to start off this 2022 year by visiting the most MAGICAL place on Earth. Walt Disney World Resort has so many reasons to visit and so many seasonal offerings to make any time special. I hope you can find time to check out EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, with so many opportunities to observe and be totally immersed in visual, performing and of course, culinary arts, there is sure something there for everyone in the party!

As far as potentially changing your dates of travel, most times you are able to modify your arrival dates, hotel accommodations and such through the My Disney Experience account if you do so more than 30 days from your arrival window. With an arrival date 29 days or less, you would most likely have to call guest services to modify these dates. You can check on the terms and conditions of making these changes, but with the ever-changing Covid-19 situation, the cast members at guest services will be your best resource on any change fees especially considering you are coming from out of the country and rules for travel can change.

If you do change your dates of travel, make sure to check on your theme park tickets and park reservation dates in My Disney Experience as those would have to change as well. The cast members at guest services can help change those if you do end up having to change your reservation dates of travel.

I hope this information helps and I hope we will see you real soon here at the most MAGICAL place on Earth in Walt Disney World Resort. Let us know if you have any other questions. Happy planning!
