Nathan from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We booked a travel package through Costco. I used the hotel reservation to make park pass reservations. However, my wife, who linked the same hotel reservation to her Disneyland app cannot see the park pass reservations? I can see them in my app.

    Good day, Nathan!

Welcome and thank you for dropping by planDisney with your question!

It is a good idea to link tickets for your entire party so let me walk you through the steps. First, visit the “Tickets and Passes” section of the Disneyland Mobile App on her phone and tap the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-right corner. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add each ticket. You may scan the ticket barcode or enter the numbers manually. Once linked, she should be able to see the reservations on the main landing page of the app as well as the Future Plans section.

One of my favorite perks of staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel is taking advantage of Early Admission to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. Hotel Guests with a valid Theme Park Reservation may enter 30 minutes early to enjoy select attractions, dining and shopping locations. So please be sure to take advantage of that during your stay. And, don't forget that your stay begins the morning you check in and ends the night you check out. Meaning, you can take advantage of this perk even before your room is ready and a room number has been assigned! Simply visit the front desk upon arrival and they will assign you a temporary room key used to access Early Entry.

Enjoy your magical stay at the Disneyland Resort and head back to planDisney with more questions!
