    We booked through a travel agent and we don’t have a Hotel Confirmation Reference number but do have a 10 digit hotel confirmation number. The app won’t accept this number. How can we link our stay?

    It's bibbidi-bobbidi-beautiful to hear that you already have what's sure to be a jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort already booked for this coming July!  

    One of the things I really look forward to upon arrival at the most magical place on earth, is seeing Cinderella Castle for the very 1st time as I walk right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A in the Magic Kingdom Park.  And during the heat of the summer months, I really love the way the Florida sunlight makes Cinderella Castle look truly EARidescent as the sunbeams seem to dance upon all the golden and blue Castle decor.

    Lucy, to successfully link your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation made by your Travel Agent, to your My Disney Experience account, you will need to contact your Agent direct to gain the correct Disney hotel confirmation number

    Additionally, I wonder if it may perhaps even be possible, as part of their service, for your Travel Agent to link your reservation to your My Disney Experience account on your behalf.

    I also thought that it might be useful for you to have a direct link to the Manage my Booking webpage where Guests can input their reference number and lead passenger surname to retrieve full details of their Disney holiday package booking.
