We booked through a travel agent - how can I see the details of my magic band charges after we checked out? (I don't have anything under "my plans" in the App to view charges.)

    Hello, Robert!

Welcome to planDisney! We are so very happy that you have found us. Sometimes locating those MagicBand charges can be a bit of a mystery if you are not sure where to start! I'll walk you through how to view charges if you have yet to arrive or if you are currently at The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have already checked out and returned home, I can also give you a few tips on how to get that itemized final resort receipt.

It sounds as if you are off to a good start by using the My Disney Experience app. This is the best way to view any charges you accumulate throughout your stay at Walt Disney World. You will be able to view all purchases under the Resort Hotel option. This can be found by tapping the three bars in the far right corner on the bottom of the screen. There will be a variety of tabs listed, including this option. Once you have selected Resort Hotel you will see your upcoming or current reservation information at the top and several blue icons if you scroll down the page. There will be a blue folder titled "View Charges". This is where you can see all purchases made in real-time. If you are counting down the days until your adventure or you are currently in the middle of enjoying the magic, this will be the place to gather all of your requested information.

Have you already arrived home? Hakuna Matta, Robert! You are still able to get an itemized receipt of all charges. When your vacation is over the charges will no longer appear on the app. You will receive an email from Disney Resorts with a final receipt that will include all MagicBand charges. The email will be sent to the email address on file for the reservation. Missing an email? Sometimes even emails we want to receive end up in junk folders, so be sure to check here first. Still no luck? A friendly Cast Member with the My Past Walt Disney World Visit department should be able to send you the information.

I hope that this advice helps you find all of the vacation details that you are looking for, Robert. Come back anytime with your Disney travel questions!
