Hi, I booked tickets but wasnt aware about park reservations and the parks I would want to visit arent available now on my dates. How can I cancel and get refund? Or what should i do? Its urgent

    Hello, Kevin!

Thank you for stopping by and asking planDisney this question about Disneyland Resort tickets. I’m sorry to hear that you were unable to make a theme park reservation for the dates you wanted.

Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are actually non-refundable and can’t be canceled once you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions during your purchase and proceeded with completing the transaction. However, you can keep the tickets for a future visit because even after they expire, the amount paid for an unused ticket can always be applied toward the purchase of a new, valid ticket! If you’d still like to explore the possibility of a refund due to your travel limitations, please call (714) 781-4636 to chat with a Cast Member about the details of your situation. You can also stop by a Main Entrance Ticket Booth in the Esplanade between the two theme parks while you’re in the area if that’s convenient for you.

I hope this information helps resolve your problem, Kevin. Please feel free to write back to planDisney with any other questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
