Guten Tag, Sherif! I am so pleased to hear you will be coming to Walt Disney World Resort and thrilled you stopped by planDisney with your question. Ich freue mich, Sie hier zu treffen!
For simplicity and planning, you will want to assign the tickets to your family and friends. You can do this online, and then you will all be set to visit the theme parks and experience the magic that awaits.
First, each person needs a MyDisney account. If the two Guests traveling with you do not yet have accounts and are 13 or older, they can create them by going to the
Walt Disney World Resort website. They will select "Log In or Create Account" at the top of the page and follow the prompts to create accounts, starting with entering their email address. If either of them is a child under 13, you will need to create an account you manage. To do this, go to "
My Family & Friends," click "+ Add a Guest," select "Create a New Guest," and follow the prompts for children under 13.
The next step is to connect as Family & Friends. From the "Family and Friends" page, select "+ Add a Guest" at the top of the screen. You will need the name and email they used for their accounts and their age (over 18 years of age and age and date of birth for minors). Once you have added them, they will receive an email to confirm the connection.
When everyone appears on your Family & Friends list, you can assign the theme park tickets to them. To do this, go to "
My Plans," scroll to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," and select the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab. Next to the tickets, you should see a box that says "Reassign Tickets." When you click on this box, a drop-down list will appear with people in your Family & Friends list. Select the person you want to give the ticket to and
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!, the tickets will be in their name and appear in their account.
With the tickets assigned to each person, you can access the theme park tickets using a
Disney Band at the park entrances. Once you are in the United States and can download the
My Disney Experience app, you can also set up the
Disney MagicMobile service and use your cell phone. If you prefer a physical card, you can also stop by Guest Services at the front of each theme park.
Sherif, I hope this guidance provides you with the information you need. If not, please
follow up with me, and we will work together to make your plans.
Auf Wiederhoeren!
Jana
