Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kim. I'm so glad you stopped by!
It sounds like you're experiencing some difficulty with
My Disney Experience. Not to fret! Together, we'll get your tickets linked.
The first step is to get everyone in your travel party linked to your
My Family & Friends List. Log in to your My Disney Experience account. Click on the My Disney Experience drop-down menu in the top right corner of the screen and select "My Family & Friends." Click "Add a Guest" to add a family member or friend to your My Disney Experience account.
Once you have everyone added to your My Family & Friends list, you can begin linking tickets. On your planning page, scroll down to the My Plans, Reservations and Tickets section. You'll see a blue drop-down menu that says "Add More Plans." Select "Link Reservations and Purchases" and then select "Tickets." From there, you'll need to type in the Ticket Order Number found in your confirmation email and then assign the ticket to the appropriate Guest listed on your account.
If you still experience difficulty linking your tickets, try a different browser. I've found that Google Chrome or Safari have been the most reliable browsers when making plans on My Disney Experience. If that doesn't work either, I recommend calling the My Disney Experience line at (407) 939-4357. A friendly Cast Member there would be happy to assist you! I once planned an extended family vacation for 14, and I had some trouble getting everyone linked to My Family & Friends List. Thankfully, a helpful Cast Member was able to manually add everyone over the phone for me!
Thanks for stopping by, Kim. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort!
