    We have booked our tickets separately and have to pick up our magic bands from Disney Springs, can we still gain access to the room with a keycard or do we need our magic bands? Also are there any plans to bring back the dining plan this year?

    Welcome to planDisney where as the current UK Panelist, I'm truly thrilled to have the opportunity to assist with your upcoming plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
    It certainly sounds like you've already begun to make some great holiday choices by purchasing your UK exclusive Ultimate Tickets which will provide access to all 4 magical Disney Theme Parks, both splashtastic Disney Water Parks and much more besides! I'm happy to share that in the past my family and I have also collected MagicBands from Disney Springs where they were usually available for collection from a desk located inside the World of Disney store; although please do bear in mind collection points are always subject to change.
    I have some cool news about gaining access to your Resort room! In addition to magically opening Disney Resort room doors with their MagicBands, Guests can now unlock room doors with their My Disney Experience app - now isn't that such a super useful piece of Disney imagineering?!
    Oh boy! Food at Walt Disney World Resort is simply the best and I absolutely love eating out when using the Disney Dining Plan. Therefore, I'm just like you and have been waiting and hoping for some hint of its return. My suggestion is to keep an Ear on the Disney Parks Blog for all Disney related news and announcements including any future updates on the Disney Dining Plan.
