I booked tickets for my parents, I used my email address and address and credit card but set my dad as the lead passenger. On the app for my dad it's showing the ticket in my name. How can I check that they have two tickets in both their names?

Hi, Sara!  Welcome back to planDisney!

It's wonderful to hear that your parents will be joining you on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  I'm sure you're going to make some magical memories during your visit.  Be sure to use Memory Maker for unlimited downloads of your Disney PhotoPass pictures so that you can relive those special memories for years to come.  You might even want to consider booking a Capture Your Moment photo session to commemorate this special trip with your parents.

I see that my fellow panelist, Melanie, gave you a great answer about connecting everyone in your travel party using the My Disney Experience Family & Friends List.  Since you already have that part squared away, let's see if I can help you with making sure everyone in your group has a theme park ticket assigned to them.

You're going to want to open your My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the three lines in the bottom-right corner of your screen.  Next, click on the "Tickets and Passes" button.  Now you should be able to scroll through and view all of the tickets that are linked to your My Disney Experience account and the accounts of anyone on your Family & Friends List.  This may explain why your dad was seeing a ticket assigned to you in his app.  If you do not see all of your tickets listed, click on the plus sign in the top-right corner of the screen to show the "Link Tickets & Passes" button.  Using the confirmation number from your ticket purchase, you should be able to add any tickets that aren't already linked to your account.  If you see all of the tickets, but some are listed under the wrong Guest's name, you can click the "Reassign Ticket" button to fix this issue.

Sara, if you've tried these troubleshooting ideas and you're still unable to verify that your parents' tickets are linked to their My Disney Experience accounts, feel free to call the Help Center to speak with a Cast Member.  The Help Center Cast Members should be able to take a look at your account and get everything sorted out for you as easily as bibbidi bobbidi boo!

Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
