We just booked tickets for MVMCP on 11/24 /19 (we've never been before). Where can I find a schedule of events for the parades, fireworks, characters, etc? Having trouble finding all of this so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

    Hi Julia!

Thanks for your question. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is no question my family's favorite Disney special event of the year. From the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, to snow flakes falling on Main Street U.S.A., and now, introducing Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show, this is sure to be the best Christmas party of perhaps any year! :-)

So we're not privy to the actual itinerary for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party for 2019, but I can share with you my experience when I attended the party last year...

*Parades: Last year, the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade occurred twice at the party: Once at 8:30PM and then again at 11PM.

*Fireworks: I'm not sure the exact time Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show will take place, but last year's fireworks show, Holiday Wishes, took place at 10PM. It's possible Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks may fill that same time slot, but again, we're not privy to this year's actual schedule.

*Characters: You will find character Meet and Greets throughout Magic Kingdom at various times of the party. The character locations I recall would have been right near Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Adventure Land near the Magic Carpets of Aladdin, and others. When you get your brochure to the party, it will show you where in the park you can find the character Meet and Greet areas.

If you haven't already, I would highly suggest downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app to your smartphone. This will also help plan out your time during the party, including attraction wait times and where character Meet and Greets are located.

Wishing you and yours the merriest of times at Disney World!
