Let's begin at the base of this issue to ensure we’ve not missed any steps. The first thing I’d like you to check on your mobile device is that all updates are complete and that your operating systems for an iOS device are at iOS 13 and above and for an Android device 8.0 (Oreo) and above. Then I would like you to go to your "Settings" and enable notifications from "Disney World" for the
My Disney Experience app. Now, go into your My Disney Experience app and tap on the three stacked lines on the bottom right of the "Home Page" to open your “Welcome Sandra” page. Tap on “My Profile” then tap on “Mobile Device Notifications” and tap on all fields to activate all of those. This will allow the My Disney Experience app to continuously update and send you notifications during your visit.
Double-check that all in your travel party are
linked to your Disney account. If so, it appears you are receiving this message because one of the Guests may already have a
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation in place for that day. If this is the case, then that Guest's Theme Park Reservation will have to be cancelled and then changed to Disney's Magic Kingdom Park, pending
theme park availability. If I have not interpreted your question properly I apologize, and if this issue persists then I recommend contacting
Walt Disney World Resort - My Disney Experience and MagicBands for support.
If you do succeed with your Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations, and while tinkering around in the My Disney Experience app, please add your payment method/s to your “Payment Method” found in your “My Profile” on your “Welcome Sandra” page. This will enable you to enjoy the convenience of
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering among many other useful features during your visit.
