Hey there, Eugene! Welcome to planDisney. We are excited to hear you have an upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort planned, but it sounds like there's some uncertainty if you have reservations or not. Let's try to get this all figured out.
If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website, selected days for those tickets, and completed your purchase, then you should have
theme park ticket reservations. I can't be sure of what the verbiage was under your tickets, but if it was something about these tickets exceeding theme park reservation limits, this is an error because your tickets already have reservations for each day of the ticket. I really hope this is the case! I just peeked at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar and those days have reservations available, so there is hope if for some reason you don't have reservations! Just be aware that the calendar is fluid and constantly changing as Guests continue to book and cancel their reservations.
To double-check your tickets to see if there are reservations, go to the Disneyland website and log in to your account. Hover over the "My Disneyland" tab on the menu and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details". Next, click on "View My Park Reservations". This will take you to a new page and will hopefully show you your upcoming reservations for your tickets. I am crossing my fingers that you see your tickets and reservations.
You are now less than 60 days out from your visit dates, so you now can also make
dining reservations if that is something you were wanting to do. There are plenty of great quick service locations in both parks though if you don't plan to make any dining reservations.
Eugene, I hope you walked through the steps and found that you have theme park ticket reservations and can get to planning out the fun details of your visit. If you have any other questions, be sure to stop back by again. See you real soon!
