I have booked tickets to go to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party this November and I'm super excited but being the clutz I am I have lost the credit card I paid for the tickets with! Will I still be able to get into the event?

    Hi Leah,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your question made me laugh because I can TOTALLY relate to being a klutz. And to prove it, I can confirm that I’ve been in your situation before…

If you don’t have the credit card that you used to pay for your Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets, don’t worry! Simply bring your confirmation number (if you purchased them online, a copy of the email would be fantastic), an alternate credit card and a piece of photo identification with you when you go to a Guest Relations window in order to pick up your Party tickets. When you explain your situation to the Cast Member (and, if you’re anything like me, the explanation will likely be a little sheepish…), they’ll laugh and be able to issue your Special Event Tickets, even though you don’t have the credit card that you used to pay for them anymore.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
