    I booked tickets in February 2020 before the COVID pandemic hit, and now they will not show up on my account. Are they still valid? I called several months ago and was told they would be valid until 12/2021

    You’ve brought a great question to us here today. I am sorry to hear that you were not able to use your tickets last year. Like you I have been missing the Magic and was finally able to visit the theme parks. It sounds like you have theme park tickets that have been extended through December 16, 2021 and that you were able to confirm that with a Cast Member several months ago. You can double check this list of eligible tickets to be sure. 

    If your tickets are eligible, you can rest assured that they are still valid. Some guests have reported that their tickets have disappeared from their Disney Accounts. You’ll need to re-link your tickets so that you can make a theme park reservation. If you need assistance with re-linking your theme park tickets, you’ll want to call Ticket Services and they will be happy to assist you.
