We booked our tickets for a family of 4 and Genie passes back in November. I had to cancel the evening prior because my daughter got very ill that night (Covid). I cannot rebook because there are NO DATES available and calendars ends in August. HELP!!!

Welcome to planDisney, Nicole! Thank you so much for sharing this question with us and I'm honored to help you plan your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort.

I'm so sorry to hear that you had to change your plans last year, and especially because of illness! I hope everyone is back to full health and it sounds like you're ready to plan a magical do-over (that's what we call it in my family!) You're on the right track to modify or set new theme park reservations for a visit this year with the same tickets you purchased last year. This is because your tickets are typically valid for a lengthy amount of time, and unless otherwise stated in the eTicket terms and conditions, should be eligible for use through the stated expiration date. You can find this under the barcode you received in your email confirmation, or you can also locate it within the official Disneyland mobile app if you've linked your tickets there.

You should be able to use the Tickets and Reservation Details page to view reservation availability for your specific ticket or pass type, then click the option to "Make or Modify Park Reservation." This will ask you to log in to your Disney account and then proceed to follow the steps to make your theme park reservations corresponding to your linked tickets. If you still need to link your tickets to your account, you can do so on the "Link Tickets" page.

Nicole, if none of these strategies are working for you, I suggest reaching out to a Cast Member in Guest Services by phone to see if they can provide assistance. It might be helpful to have your ticket ID number and email confirmation on hand so you can reference them during the call.

I hope this is helpful, Nicole, and I'm wishing on an evening star that you'll be able to secure your theme park reservations soon. I always love having a Disneyland Resort visit to look forward to on my calendar, so I hope you can continue the fun of planning your next magical trip! If we can share any other recommendations or answer questions that come up, please feel welcome to come back to planDisney!

    Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
