Hi Tabitha! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
Whatever life threw at you to spoil your plans for Disneyland Resort, it sounds like you're ready for the next adventure. That helps take the sting out of disappointment!
You are correct: Disneyland Resort admission
tickets are non-refundable. However, they are also not interchangeable with Walt Disney World Resort tickets. That means Disneyland Resort tickets can't be applied to the purchase of Walt Disney World Resort tickets, unfortunately. It would be great if they could be! The good news is that unused Disneyland Resort tickets retain their value, so even if they expire, you can still apply that value toward the purchase of a new ticket. You'll simply have to pay the difference since prices are subject to change, and currently, you'd also need to make a
theme park reservation for your visit.
If your unused tickets have expired, you can call the
Ticket Services phone line. A Cast Member can assist you in purchasing new tickets and applying your existing ticket value. They'll also help with the theme park reservations subject to availability. It's a good idea to check out park availability in the
Theme Park Reservations Availability Calendar in advance. If the tickets are unused and not expired, you'll only need to make new theme park reservations, which can be done online. Sign into your Disneyland account and navigate to My Disneyland. Select "Tickets and Reservation Details" to make a reservation. You can also make reservations in the
Disneyland mobile app under "Make a Park Reservation."
I hope you're able to visit the Disneyland Resort soon. I think it's going to be a very exciting year with the
Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort! I can't wait to see all the festive décor, treats, merchandise, and new entertainment that will be debuting soon.
