Hi there, Gopinath! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you're arriving at the Happiest Place on Earth in just a few short weeks. Ka-Chow! Before you know it, you'll be walking down Main Street U.S.A. with a Mickey balloon in one hand and your favorite Mickey-shaped treat in the other. I hope it's your happiest trip yet! You're also in luck, as some Guest-favorite Nighttime Spectaculars are returning to the Disneyland resort just the day before you arrive! Catch the
Main Street Electrical Parade,
Disneyland Forever Fireworks and
World of Color to top off your magical day in the parks!
But, first things first. Let's get this sticky ticket situation straightened out for you. If you're getting the error message that "this pass has reached its theme park reservations limit," that means that this particular ticket is maxed out for park reservations. If you purchased your ticket through the
Disneyland Resort Website, you are prompted to choose a date before you finalize the purchase. Selecting this date automatically reserves the park reservation in the park of your choice. In short, you may already have the reservation!
It would be best to confirm that this is the case. To do this, hop on over to the Disneyland Resort Website and hover over "My Disneyland" on the menu bar. Click "
Tickets and Theme Park Reservations" and scroll down to the section labeled "View My Park Reservations." This will open up a page detailing any active theme park reservations you already have for your tickets.
Gopinath, this should help clear up any confusion regarding park reservations, but if you find that you're still hitting some speed bumps, go ahead and call the
Disneyland Ticket line directly for a little extra help.
Have a magical day,
Ashley
