    Hi, I booked my tickets through Disney few days back and due to personal emergency reasons, I need to cancel my ticket. Is it possible by calling the same customer service number? Pls advice.

    I'm sorry to hear that you need to cancel your trip now. You'll want to call 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639) and ask to speak with a Guest Relations Cast Member regarding your situation.
