I booked my tickets through Costco with club level. Do I check in directly at the e-ticket lounge?

Hi there Winnie!  Thanks for coming back to planDisney with another great question!

I have booked several Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Packages through Costco, and it's such a great value if you're already a Costco member!  You will receive your Travel ePackage electronically to your linked MyDisney account 3 days prior to your arrival.  I like to open up my Disneyland app and navigate to the three horizontal bar line in the bottom right-hand corner.  Scroll down under "My Visit" and tap "Hotel Reservations."  You should see your upcoming hotel reservation for the Disneyland Hotel, and if not you can link your reservation.  You'll also be able to see when you can check-in online using Direct-to-Room Service which will allow you to go directly to your hotel room when it's ready for your arrival!  You can also opt in to receive a text message when your room is ready which is very convenient.

Even if your hotel room isn't ready upon arrival, you can use the Unlock Door feature in the Disneyland app to access certain areas such as the pool, elevators, and the E-Ticket Club!  The E-Ticket Club in the Adventure Tower is the perfect place to relax and refresh if your room isn't ready yet, so feel free to leave your luggage with Bell Services and head up to the E-Ticket Club for some snacks.  It's also a wonderful place to watch the fireworks in the evening as well!

If you're looking for a place to dine right at the Disneyland Hotel during your trip, you can't go wrong with a quick meal at Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill, or an energetic character dining meal at Goofy's Kitchen!  Goofy's Kitchen offers the character dining experience for both breakfast and dinner, and dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.

I hope this information is helpful for your upcoming trip, Winnie!  Please feel free to come back and ask me any other questions as your trip gets closer, I'm here to help!

    Have a magical day,
    Melissa
