Hey there, Karen!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! It's great to hear that you're getting ready for your Walt Disney Word Resort vacation. There's so much magic that awaits you, and I can imagine you're looking forward to all the fun.
I'm going to put on my Great Mouse Detective cap and make a few guesses here to try and help you with your question.
I'm going to guess that you booked a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package and selected Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort for your Resort hotel room and added theme park tickets. I'm also going to guess that your theme park tickets are already linked to your My Disney Experience account because you can see your tickets in the My Disney Experience mobile app.
If both of these hunches are correct, then the good news is that you should be all set to go ahead and make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. I always recommend checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar first before moving on to the Disney Park Pass system. The Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar will help you see if the theme parks you want to visit have availability on the days you want to visit. You can then use the
Disney Park Pass system to select who will be going to the theme park, select a date, and select a theme park. After you have made your theme park reservations, the reservations will display in the "My Plans" area of your
My Disney Experience account.
If you're planning to use a
MagicBand, your theme park tickets should be linked to your MagicBand and you can use your MagicBand for theme park entry. If you're not planning to use a MagicBand, you can pick up a
Key to the World card from your Resort Front Desk. The Key to the World card, like a MagicBand, can be used for Resort hotel room access, Resort hotel room charges, and theme park entry (with your already purchased theme park tickets). You could also choose to pick up your theme park ticket cards at a Guest Relations Window located outside each of the theme parks, or you could visit the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
Karen, I hope I sleuthed out a helpful answer to your question. If you're needing some additional help, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk team by calling them at (407) 939-7765.
