Hi there, Lorraine,
Theme park reservations may be canceled or modified from the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page. To modify an existing park reservation, select the reservation and then choose which ticket or tickets from the reservation you wish to update to a new date and/or starting theme park. As you proceed, you’ll be able to choose from dates and starting parks that still have availability. If you are staying at one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels, it’s often better to book new park reservations from the "
My Hotel Reservations" page.
Tony’s Tip: Theme park reservations are limited and may run out for particularly popular dates. If you find that the
theme park reservation availability calendar shows that nothing is available on the day you wish to visit the Disneyland Resort, you may keep checking back. When other Guests change their plans, their canceled reservations may open up for you to book. And, again, if you are staying at one of the three on-property hotels, be sure to use the "
My Hotel Reservations" page for booking park reservations, as that will grant you access to
theme park reservations exclusively for hotel Guests.
Good luck making the adjustments you need, Lorraine. I hope you have a great time at The Happiest Place on Earth!
~Tony
