I have booked a ticket for 7 adult and 1 child, unfortunately, my partner also booked a hotel and opt in for a reservation with park tickets. with that said, we have 2 sets of tickets for the same day. Can we cancel the first booked ticket and get refund?

    Hello, John!

Thank you for asking planDisney this question about Disneyland Resort tickets. I’m glad that a magical vacation is in the works for your family!

Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable and can’t be canceled once you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions of purchasing them during your transaction. However, you do have the option of keeping unused tickets for a future visit. I’m not sure if you’re aware, but even after they reach their expiration date, the price paid for an unused theme park ticket can always be applied as credit toward the purchase of a new ticket for a future trip! If you’d still like to inquire about the possibility of a refund, please call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 and provide the details of your specific situation. You can also stop by a Main Entrance Ticket Booth in the Esplanade between the two theme parks during your visit to speak with a Cast Member.

I hope this information helps, John. Please send us any other pixie-dusted planning questions you may have as your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth draws near!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
