    I booked three theme park tickets and also made reservations. I can see that details in Disney experience app. However, the app won’t let me buy Disney Genie+ service, stating that the guests don’t have valid park admissions.

    Your arrival date is on the horizon, and I do not blame you for wanting to ensure everything is in order so that you can be engulfed in the magic with your family without worry. 

    You have already booked your theme park tickets and made your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass System, so that is one less thing to worry about. You will be able to purchase Disney Genie+ starting at 7:00 AM each day of your stay. Try it again at time and it should allow you to make the purchase.

    Please note that the purchase price will be per person per day, so be sure to include that amount in your budget. There was a time you could buy Disney Genie+ before your arrival, but that is no longer the case. I have used Disney Genie+, and I think you will find it convenient as the day progresses.
