I have booked three separate rooms in a value resort and requested that two of the rooms have an adjoining door. This is particularly important because we are travelling with two toddlers. How can I find out whether or not that request will be honored?

    Hi Elizabeth:

I would call the Disney reservations line to record your request for connecting, adjoining or nearby rooms. Explain the exact reason for your request.  Disney will note your room request, though cannot guarantee it will be granted.

Within a week before you arrive, I would call your Resort directly to note your request again.

When you arrive at the Resort, hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised to find the rooms you requested. If Disney is not able to accommodate your request upon check-in, inquire if nearby or adjoining rooms will be available in a few hours. Such flexibility may help Disney secure the desired rooms.

Good luck and enjoy your vacation.
