    Hi. I have booked three rooms through Disney Vacation Club for Nov 7-11 and I would like to do online check-in now. Every time I try, however, I just get sent to the general planning website. How can I proceed to do the online check-in?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for visiting us with your question today, I'm happy to take a look. Your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner, you must be getting so excited!  I love how Disney Vacation Club Resort accommodations truly feel like a home away from home, with convenient kitchenettes or full kitchens, laundry facilities, plenty of space to unwind, and so much more.

    I chatted with a Cast Member about your online check-in issue, and they mentioned that sometimes, once rooms are assigned (usually a few days before arrival), online check-in may no longer be available. When this happens, Guests need to stop by the Front Desk to complete check-in. It’s a great chance to chat with Cast Members about the Resort Recreation Activities - there’s always something fun going on, like movies on the lawn, poolside games, campfires, and more! I like to snap a photo of the Recreation calendar so I can easily plan out my day.
