I booked theme park tickets and got a confirmation number but I didn’t get my ticket barcodes. How can I get my ticket numbers?

    Hi Vanessa,

Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you’re well on your way to planning the perfect visit to the Most Magical Place On Earth, and I’d be happy to help you keep that momentum going. From choosing just the right Disney Resorts Collection hotel to securing those popular advanced dining reservations and mapping out your daily park itinerary, I’m here to help however I can.

Since you received a confirmation number but didn’t see any ticket barcodes, the next step is to make sure your tickets are properly linked to your MyDisney account. If you’ve already created an account, great news, you’re halfway there.

Using a desktop or laptop, head over to the Walt Disney World website. At the top right corner, hover over “My Disney Experience” and select “My Plans” from the drop-down menu. If you’re not signed in yet, you’ll be prompted to do so. Once you’re in, you’ll land on a planning dashboard showing five main areas: your Family & Friends list, Resort Hotel details, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and Dining plans.

To see if your tickets are already linked, scroll down to the “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” section and select “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker.” On that next page, you’ll be able to see any tickets already attached to your account. If nothing shows up, Hakuna Matata. You can either click the “Add More” button from that screen or scroll back up to the Park Tickets circle and choose “Link Tickets.”

From there, enter your Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID. This step allows you to link up to 10 tickets at once. If your tickets were purchased as part of a vacation package, select “Link Them to Your Account” and enter your confirmation number along with the last name associated with the reservation. Once everything is linked, you’ll be set and ready to continue your planning.

If you’ve followed those steps and still don’t see your tickets, I recommend reaching out to the Disney Help Center. Give the “Tickets and Hotel Reservations” phone line a call, and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you further.

I hope this clears things up, Vanessa. If you have any more questions, you know where to find me. I’d be happy to help you keep planning a memorable and stress-free Disney getaway.

    See you real soon,
    Brent
