I booked table service as dinners and 2 char. breakfasts and counter service for lunch. My son has asthma and I'm worried about heat/humidity in July. Are there counter services where we can eat inside in the park?Or should I change lunches to table ser?

    Hi Liz!

Air conditioned couter service tables abound in the four theme parks. In fact, most have indoor seating options because you are not the only one who wants a break from Florida heat and humidity in the summer. When we were in the Magic Kingdom earlier this month on a particularly scorching  June day we ordered drinks inside Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe to cool off rather than stopping at a snack cart.

One of my favorite quick service spots is the Sunshine Seasons in the Land at Epcot. This climate controlled food court is chock full of healthy offerings.
