    We have booked a table at the Ale and Compass restaurant and we were going to have the Coastal Clambake. We are on the dining plan and saw that the menu changed this week so that the lobster is no longer included. Can we pay a surcharge for the lobster?

     Amy, I'm so excited to hear about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. You are sure to "fall" into magic during your stay! 

     I LOVE seafood. Ale & Compass Restaurant is certainly an excellent choice for some traditional New England fare. Doesn't the Coastal Clambake sound delicious? I bet adding lobster would make it even more delectable! I'm sure you'll be able to add the lobster to your entrée and just pay the additional surcharge. In my experience, my family has had no trouble ordering entrées with our Disney Dining Plan meal entitlements and then paying out-of-pocket for any additional menu items. Just let your Server know, and they'll be happy to accommodate!

     If you're looking to get another seafood "fix" during your stay at the Walt Disney World Resort, I highly recommend you visit Paddlefish at Disney Springs. This fabulous restaurant serves incredible fresh seafood. I could eat the Crab Ceviche every day for the rest of my life - YUM!
