Just booked a summer 2022 holiday. We are hoping to go as a big family so a few staterooms. Discovered with the early access you can only book one room. For the two others needed can I still book them under my account or do they have to create their own?

    Welcome to planDisney, Amy!

Isn’t it exciting to be making Disney Cruise Line vacation plans? I am overjoyed as I know you probably are too. Captain Mickey cannot wait to have Guests back onboard all the ships in his fleet, and Summer 2022 sounds like the perfect time for an adventure at sea!

The Summer 2022 itineraries are so fabulous, I can SEA why you are wanting to coordinate a Disney Cruise Line vacation with your extended family. I am presuming that you were already able to make an Advance Booking because of your Castaway Club level and that you could not do the same for the rest of your travel party because they are not the same membership level in Castaway Club. My understanding is that you can book multiple staterooms IF those other stateroom occupants have similar or higher Castaway Club status. But they would be separate bookings and not as an “added stateroom” to your reservation.

If they do not as I suspect have the same Castaway Club status as you, they will have to wait until tomorrow (March 25) when all Guests may book those Summer 2022 voyages. Contact Disney Cruise Line and a Vacation Planning Specialist can help with that booking. Or you can book online on the Disney Cruise Line website. While everything I have read says that phone lines open up at 8:00 A.M. EST, I would suggest trying online before that in the event that it opens up earlier. I hope this helps you secure the reservations you want for your entire family. Once it is open to the general public, you CAN make that booking using your Disney Cruise Line account; your family members will not need separate accounts (unless they would just like to have them).

WONDERing more about anything Disney Cruise Line related? We are always here to help! I hope that your summer holiday turns out to be the most MAGICal experience, filled with FANTASTic memories and DREAMy destinations, Amy.

    Happy Sailing!
