Hello Jessica, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for coming by with your question; I'm always happy to assist a fellow traveler.
While we wait for the
Genie to be officially released from the lamp, there are still several unknowns about how the new system will work. Guests staying in select hotels will get a head start on making individual Lightning Lane selections, but we don't yet have a list of which resorts will be included in this early access, nor do we know when it will available for purchase. Stay tuned to the
Disney Parks Blog and
this site for more information.
Like all
Disney Springs hotels, the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista offers daily scheduled shuttle transportation to the Walt Disney World theme parks. For up-to-date hours, you'll want to inquire at the front desk upon arrival. You are also welcome to drive your car and
park at the theme parks, or hire a taxi or rideshare service. If you choose this route, remember that personal vehicle parking and drop-off points for the
Magic Kingdom Park will be at the Transportation & Ticket Center.
I hope this is helpful, Jessica! It's an exciting time to be staying right in the middle of the magical shopping and dining opportunities of Disney Springs. Be sure to browse menus and
make reservations for table-service restaurants that sound appetizing. A few of my current favorites are
Wine Bar George and
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'. Don't forget to end each day with a sweet treat at
Gideon's Bakehouse or
Ghiradelli's Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop. Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and if there's anything else we can help with as your vacation approaches, don't hesitate to reach out again.
You've got a friend in me,
Betsy
