    We booked our stay and tickets for next week. I can't make park reservations - the website and app are looping and kicking me out, I've signed in repeatedly. I tried calling the help line and a recorded message told me to call back! Help.

    Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner – how exciting, you will be in time for the 50th Anniversary Celebration!

    Heidi, I apologize for all the difficulties you are experiencing, and as a fellow Canadian resident, when working on the Walt Disney World Resort websites, I find it more efficient to work in private mode, and when the official site is open, I always switch the country filter (located on the top right of the page) from Canada to the United States. If matters are difficult with the My Disney Experience app, I turn my phone off and back on again, and then uninstall and reinstall the app, and then things seem to work well.

    Once all that is resolved, please ensure you have linked your Walt Disney World Resort reservation package, or your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  When you have linked your reservations, you will then be able to make your Disney Park Pass reservations using your valid theme park admission. 

    Heidi, if you still have difficulties, please Call Walt Disney World Resort “My Disney Experience and MagicBands” for assistance, or you can click on the “Chat, Email, Call” buttons on the far right of the page – please persist on calling.

    While you are preparing for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please consider using our complimentary Disney Genie service in the My Disney Experience app, which will offer you continuous updates for attraction standby queue wait times, and a personalized itinerary based on your preferred attractions, dining, and activities. 

    If you want to save time in lines, then for a nominal fee per person, per day, please consider the Disney Genie+ service which will enable you to select an arrival window at a participating Lightning Lane Entrance attraction – and there are over 40 on that list throughout all four theme parks. You can add the Disney Genie+ service before your arrival, or during your visit in the My Disney Experience app.
