I booked a stay at Disneyland DVC tower. I’d like to book my 1st night at the grand Cal and get park tickets through that booking. It’s only allowing me to get two day tickets and I’d like 5 day park tickets. Can i buy more park days through this booking?

    Hiya, Charis!

Welcome to planDisney. I'm not sure if you booked your stay at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel as a Disney Vacation Club member or as a non-Vacation Club Guest. Either way, as a Disney Vacation Club member myself, with my home resort being at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, I'm going to say "Welcome home" to you anyway. The Villas have become a warm and endearing second home to my family. I'm pleased that you will have an opportunity to experience the beautiful Discovery Tower for yourself. And what an exciting plan you have to extend the magic even more with a warmup stay at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa!

When booking a hotel stay plus theme park tickets Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, the number of days for your park tickets may be anywhere from two days up to the number of nights of the hotel stay plus one, with a maximum of five days. For example, a Vacation Package with a one-night hotel stay includes two-day park tickets for each Guest on the reservation. A Vacation Package with a two-night stay could have two-day or three-day park tickets. A Vacation Package of four or more nights could include two-day, three-day, four-day, or five-day tickets. The park ticket selection must be the same for all Guests on a Vacation Package reservation.

For a split stay like what you are planning, I recommend booking the overnight accommodations as hotel-only reservations. Then, separately purchase theme park tickets that work for your scheduled visit. If you have all of your hotel reservations linked to your My Disneyland Account under My Hotel Reservations and you purchase your theme park tickets using the same account or link them to the account, you may enjoy all the perks and benefits offered to Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests for each day of your stays at the hotels. When booking theme park reservations, I recommend using the "Retrieve Hotel Reservations" button. That will grant you access to theme park reservations exclusively for hotel Guests.

Tony's Tip: Many amazing benefits like early theme park entry for Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests with park tickets and theme park reservations are available all day long each day of your stay. For example, if you have a park reservation made for the designated early entry park on your check-in date, you can use your park tickets to enter that park early as a hotel Guest even before your normal check-in time. To make your stay more convenient, you may contact Bell Services at the hotel for support with transferring your luggage to your new on-site hotel.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Charis. As you continue to plan your visit, I hope you'll visit us here at planDisney again. We'd love to help make it a memorable experience for you.
    ~Tony
