Hi, we’re booked to stay at a Disney Partner Hotel in August (Drury Plaza Disney Springs), can we make dining reservations for the whole trip from 60 day in advance or do we need to book 60 days out for each separate day that we wish to make a reservation?

    Hello there, Zoe-Claire!

A warm welcome to planDisney. We're delighted you've dropped by with a fabulous Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! In just a short couple of months, you'll be jetting off to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Are you counting down the minutes!? As you prepare for a very magical milestone (the 60-day dining reservation window), I'd be happy to help you get ready for an enchanting escape.

It's wonderful to hear you'll be staying so close to Disney Springs, Zoe-Claire. It's one of my favorite places to spend time when I'm not enjoying the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks! In fact, my family loves to stay at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa due to its walking-distance proximity to Disney Springs. While Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista is located extremely close to the heart of the Disney magic and is considered an Official Walt Disney World Hotel, unfortunately, a Cast Member has informed me that Guests of this hotel are not eligible to book dining reservations for their length-of-stay 60 days in advance. Rather, you should plan to make your reservations day by day for this trip.

Zoe-Claire, I'm happy to share that Guests of the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista can take advantage of early theme park entry! This special benefit allows Guests of Disney Resort hotels and other select hotels the ability to enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks 30 minutes before they open to the public. My family always tries to make the most of this exclusive time in the theme parks by arriving at the main entrance before the early theme park entry window begins. Then, we head to the most popular attractions first and see how many experiences we can have before the theme park officially opens!

I hope you've found this information useful as you continue to plan for an exciting holiday, Zoe-Claire. If you have any additional questions ahead of your trip, you can always revisit us right here at planDisney. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
