Returning to a World a Magic brings some operational changes and updated procedures.
Disney's Magical Express provides complimentary transportation for
Disney Resort Hotel Guests to and from Orlando International Airport. At this time, luggage delivery service is unavailable. Guests are responsible for retrieving any checked luggage from baggage claim and bringing it with them to be loaded aboard their Disney's Magical Express motorcoach.
Yellow luggage tags that were previously sent to Guests with reservations for Disney' Magical Express were used by the baggage handlers at the airport to divert checked luggage to a secure location for delivery to Walt Disney World Resort. Bags with yellow tags were handled behind the scenes and were not sent to baggage claim. Because luggage delivery service is currently unavailable and Guests must claim their own bags, yellow luggage tags are not being mailed to Guests at this time.
Small souvenir luggage tags are usually sent to Guests who have booked a Walt Disney Travel Company
vacation package. The tags would be tucked into the side of the box containing your
MagicBands. Souvenir luggage tags are not included for Guests who book a room-only reservation or those who purchase their room and tickets separately.
