    I have booked to stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort on 2nd August 2017. I have set up the My Disney Experience account and linked my stay. I have tried to reserve the fast passes but it will not let me go through the process. What am I doing wrong? Help

    Your Walt Disney World vacation will be here before you know it! I have previously stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and loved the tropical theming.

    Creating a My Disney Experience account and linking your Disney Resort hotel reservation were both important steps in booking FastPass+ experiences 60 days in advance. Have you purchased your theme park tickets? Guests must first purchase theme park tickets and link their park admission in My Disney Experience in order to start using FastPass+ service.  Follow this link to view each step for booking FastPass+ selections. If you have already linked your theme park tickets and find you are still unable to book FastPass+ selections, please call (407) 939-4357 for further assistance.
