Ahoy there, Marguerite! Cruising on Disney Cruise Line is a great way to spend time with family. My mother started cruising with us last summer on the
Disney Fantasy, and she has enjoyed herself ever since.
You will need to complete Online Check-In one stateroom at a time, but you can complete both. You will need both reservation numbers to complete this step. To make this a smoother process, I suggest you have all of the required information saved in one location on your computer or smartphone. This includes pictures of
citizenship documents and a headshot against a plain background for each Guest, including children. Only one person can be in the headshot at a time. You will also need your contact and emergency contact information, travel details for before and after your sailing, and payment method for your onboard account. Each Guest will need to physically present their citizenship documents when checking in at the cruise terminal, so please keep them with you in your carry-on bag on embarkation day.
You will also be able to select a Port Arrival Time for each stateroom during this process. If you are not able to select the same Port Arrival Time for both staterooms, Hakuna Matata. No worries! You will be able to check in at the terminal together at the later of the two times.
Marguerite, I hope this helps as you get ready to sail away on the Disney Fantasy. If you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney for answers.
Happy Sailing!
