I booked Star Wars breakfast. DS wants to do the Jedi Academy. Breakfast is at 8:10 & HS opens @9. If we don't get out of breakfast until 9:30, will my son miss out on the Jedi ? He wants to do both.

    Hi Sara,

Thank you so much for your awesome question. I bet your little padawan is so excited about Star Wars Weekends. It's our family's favorite special event at Walt Disney World. During Star Wars Weekends,

Guests enter the queue for Jedi Training Academy as soon as possible. Actually, you may even see Cast Members directing Guests to the queue when you enter the park for your STAR WARS Dine-In Galactic Breakfast at Sci-Fi. The breakfast is a full event, with character meet and greets and some special dining surprises. You could leave your reservation a bit early to enter the Jedi Training Academy queue, but you still may encounter a long one. My advice is to still give it a shot, even if you decide to stay for your whole reservation. Please remember that your son will need to be with you when you sign him up for Jedi Training Academy, so if you leave your reservation early, he would have to come with you.

I hope this answers your question, Sara. If you have any other questions, especially about Star Wars Weekends, please feel free to ask me anytime.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
